Back in the 1920s and 30s, the Little Blue Books were in high demand. They were compact (5 inches by 3 and ½ inches) and included works from classic authors, scientists, psychologists, theologians, etc. Louis L’Amour details, in his book Education of a Wandering Man, his experiences with these books in his travels and why they were so important. Today they are somewhat hard to find and collectors seek out certain copies. Thousands of volumes were printed, each numbered as they were printed.
